A FRONT IS SLIDING THROUGH THE AREA THIS MORNING RESULTING IN WINDS
BECOMING NORTHERLY THROUGH MID DAY. WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO SHIFT TO
THE NORTHEAST BY THIS EVENING AND TONIGHT. WIND SPEEDS SHOULD REMAIN
AT OR BELOW 10 KTS WITH A FEW STRONGER GUSTS THROUGH THE DAY. HOWEVER
WINDS WILL INCREASE IN SPEED TONIGHT AND THROUGH THE DAY TOMORROW AS
A STORM SYSTEM APPROACHES.
