MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES DROPPING INTO THE UPPER 20S TO LOW 30
PERCENT RANGE. SOME PATCHY GROUND FOG CAN NOT BE RULED OUT OVERNIGHT
BUT OVERALL NO DENSE FOG IS EXPECTED. WINDS WILL REMAIN GENERALLY
FROM THE N TO NE TODAY BECOMING LIGHT TONIGHT.
