.DISCUSSION...
Rainfall this morning is expected to lighten and taper off early this
afternoon.  Very moist conditions are expected much of the day with
some drying as clouds begin to scatter later this afternoon.  The best
estimate for rain cessation is around 2pm with accumulations after
11AM most likely very light.  Prospects for additional
precipitation late tonight are not very encouraging but still may
occur.   Light and variable winds should become southeasterly this
afternoon then switch to east-northeasterly around 5-6pm.

.TODAY...

CWR.................90 percent in the morning, then decreasing to
30 percent in the afternoon.
LAL.................4 until 1400, then 3.
Min humidity........57 percent.
Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (75-85 percent). Slight chance of
                    thunderstorms in the morning. Showers through
                    the day. Scattered thunderstorms in the
                    afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........Southeast winds 5 to 7 mph with gusts to around
                    25 mph. Gusty and erratic winds expected near
                    thunderstorms in the morning. Gusty and erratic

Haines Index........2 or very low potential for large plume
