SOUTHEAST FLOW IS FORECAST WITH DISPERSION BEING GOOD THE NEXT COUPLE
DAYS.

FOG POTENTIAL AND OTHER REMARKS...PATCHY FOG DEVELOPMENT IS EXPECTED
LATE TONIGHT...WITH VISIBILITIES TYPICALLY REDUCED TO 3 TO 5 MILES.
