.DISCUSSION...A LIGHT NORTHEAST FLOW WILL PREVAIL ACROSS THE REGION
TODAY AS A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE MOVES TOWARD THE EAST COAST. THE
LIGHT FLOW IN THE MIXED LAYER WILL ALLOW FOR GENERALLY POOR TO FAIR
DISPERSIONS THIS AFTERNOON. A LIGHT TO MODERATE SOUTHWESTERLY FLOW
RETURNS THURSDAY AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT. THE FRONT WILL
PUSH SOUTHWARD ACROSS THE REGION THURSDAY NIGHT WITH NORTHERLY FLOW
RETURNING IN ITS WAKE FRIDAY.
