.DISCUSSION...
Mostly cloudy and mild conditions will persist today over the
Morgan Territory Landslide site. Winds are forecast to remain
light today with locally gusty terrain driven winds during times
of peak heating. Southerly winds will increase tonight as a
disturbance approaches from the west. Ridges will experience the
greatest increase winds...though valleys will see a more steady
breeze. Southerly winds will continue to increase on Monday with
the arriving disturbance. Gusty conditions will likely develop at
the site by late morning or early afternoon. Rain is likely to
develop late afternoon and into the evening. More rain will follow
Tuesday before a break Wednesday through Thursday. A potent system
is forecast to arrive on Friday.
