Winds will increase this afternoon ahead of a dry cold front.  The
front will pass through around midnight tonight with winds becoming
northwest. Cooler temperatures are expected behind the front
this weekend.  Dry conditions along with warmer temperatures are
likely Monday and Tuesday before the next weather system approaches
Wednesday into Thursday.
