.DISCUSSION...

A wetter frontal system will move across the Hornet Ridge 2 project
on today. There is a 20-40 percent chance for light rain to begin
as early as 1000 to 1200 PDT in the morning. Chances will increase
in the afternoon with rain likely by 1500 PDT through 2000 PDT.
There is a 20-40 percent chance for wetting rains with total
accumulations of between 0.06 to 0.12 inches expected from Thursday
into Friday. Winds will be light. Increasing moisture will result
in RHs recovering by mid afternoon today. Showers will continue
into this weekend.

.THURSDAY...

Sky/weather.........Cloudy. Slight chance of rain in the morning after
                    1000 PDT, then rain likely in the afternoon. Total
                    rainfall accumulations of up to 0.05 inches
                    expected.
CWR.................15 percent.
Max temperature.....51 (occurring between 1300 and 1500 PDT).
Min humidity........60 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Northeast winds 2 to 4 mph early in the morning
                    becoming Southeast winds around 4 to 7 mph after
                    0900 PDT.
Mixing height.......Increasing to 3500 feet around 1200 PDT then
                    decreasing to 2000 feet around mid afternoon
                    between 1400 and 1700 PDT.
Transport winds.....South-Southwest 6 to 10 mph.
