.DISCUSSION...Rain and snow is quickly moving into the area.
Expect light rain or snow showers until 1 AM, then becoming
widespread after 1 am. Potentially up to 3 inches of snow
possible by morning. Liquid equivalent potential of up to a
quarter of an inch. Winds are gusting to around 15 mph in the
area, but should diminish after 2 AM, remaining sustained at 4 to
8 mph.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy. Scattered mix of rain and snow showers
                    becoming widespread by 1 AM.
Chance of pcpn......100 percent.
Min temperature.....40-45 around midnight falling to 30-33 by
                    morning.
Max humidity........90-95 percent.
Wind chill..........35-40 around midnight falling to 25-30 by
                    morning.
Surface winds.......South winds 4 to 8 mph. Gusts to 15
                    mph ending by 2am.
