AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE PASSES MAINLY TO THE NORTH TONIGHT...
VEERING THE SURFACE FLOW FROM SOUTHWEST TO WEST.  THE SURFACE FLOW
WILL THEN BECOME RATHER LIGHT SOUTHWEST OR EVEN LIGHT AND VARIABLE
ON FRIDAY...AS HIGH PRESSURE PASSES.  THE HIGH WILL DELIVER DRY
WEATHER FRIDAY.

AFTER STARTING 0UT IN THE UPPER TEENS...TEMPERATURES WILL TOP OUT IN
THE LOWER 30S EARLY FRIDAY AFTERNOON.  AFTER A GOOD RECOVERY TONIGHT...
RH VALUES WILL DROP INTO THE 40S EARLY FRIDAY AFTERNOON.  THERE MAY
BE AN EARLY MORNING INVERSION JUST ABOVE THE SURFACE FRIDAY.  OTHERWISE...
THERE WILL BE AN INVERSION ATOP THE MIXING LAYER...WHICH SLOWLY LOWERS
BELOW 3000 FEET OVERNIGHT...AND THEN RISES ONLY A LITTLE ON FRIDAY.

IN THE LONGER TERM...THE WEATHER WILL GRADUALLY WARM ON SATURDAY AS A
WARM FRONT MOVES NORTH ACROSS THE AREA. A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR SHOWERS
WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS SOUTHEAST OHIO...BUT MOST AREAS SHOULD REMAIN DRY.

ON SUNDAY...A STRENGTHENING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE NORTH
THROUGH THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY...WITH RAIN...AND GUSTY WINDS
AT TIMES.

THANKSGIVING WEEK WILL BEGIN MILD...BEFORE COOLING DOWN A BIT FOR
WEDNESDAY.  RAIN IS EXPECTED MONDAY.  EXPECT MOSTLY DRY CONDITIONS
FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK WITH ONLY A SLIGHT CHANCE OF RAIN...AND MAYBE
SNOW...WEDNESDAY.  THANKSGIVING WILL BE DRY...BUT COOL...WITH HIGHS IN
THE MID 40S.
