AHEAD OF THE FIRST IN A SERIES OF PACIFIC STORMS AND INCREASE
DURING THE DAY THURSDAY. LIGHT SHOWERS MAY BEGIN EARLY THURSDAY
MORNING. MUCH HEAVIER RAIN IS EXPECTED THURSDAY MORNING, CHANGING
TO A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW EARLY THURSDAY AFTERNOON, WITH
OCCASIONAL LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW SHOWERS THURSDAY EVENING INTO
