AFTERNOON. HOWEVER AS THE RIDGE BUILDS OVER THE WESTERN GREAT
BASIN WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY A SUBSIDENCE INVERSION BETWEEN 4000
FT AND 5000 FT AGL WILL DEVELOP AND PERSIST FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL
DAYS. THIS WILL CAP THE CLEARING INDEX BELOW 400.
