.DISCUSSION...No rainfall expected today or tomorrow as the low
pressure has moved east of the burn area. Expect mostly high
clouds today once the early morning fog lifts. No morning fog
anticipated Thursday. Minimum humidities this afternoon should
stay above 50 percent, however humidities will decrease Thursday
with slightly drier air and warming afternoon temperatures. Winds
will be breezy aloft through today and tomorrow, with lighter eye-
level west drainage winds overnight.
