...HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM CDT SATURDAY...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central
Illinois and east central Illinois.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT...

Isolated thunderstorms will be possible late this afternoon into
tonight along and north of I-74. Severe weather is not expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

Hot and humid conditions will prevail through Saturday. Afternoon
heat index values will peak from 105 to 110 degrees each day.

Widely scattered thunderstorms are possible Friday afternoon
through Friday night...with thunderstorms becoming more numerous
late Saturday afternoon into Saturday night as a cold front sinks
into the area. Some of the storms could become severe on
Saturday...with damaging wind gusts, large hail, and torrential
downpours possible.

Spotter activation is not anticipated through tonight.
