This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of southeast New
Mexico, southwest Texas and western Texas.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Areas of dense fog have developed across the Permian Basin this
morning. Visibilities near or below a quarter mile will impact
driving conditions.

High winds are expected to develop late tonight across the Guadalupe
Mountains.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

Elevated fire weather conditions are expected across the entire area
this weekend.

High winds area also expected across the Guadalupe Mountains through
Saturday.

Spotter activation is not anticipated.
