OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

  LIMITED LIGHTNING RISK.

DISCUSSION...

  AN ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM OR TWO WILL LINGER INTO THE EARLY
  EVENING BUT MOST AREAS WILL REMAIN DRY.

  ADDITIONAL STORMS MAY DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT. THE PRIMARY HAZARDS
  WITH THESE STORMS WILL BE CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND BRIEF
  HEAVY RAINFALL.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

  THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE LIKELY WEDNESDAY AS A COLD FRONT MOVES
  THROUGH THE AREA. NO SEVERE WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

  HEAT INDICES IN THE MIDDLE 90S MAY RETURN TO PORTIONS OF
  WESTERN MISSOURI AND SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS BY NEXT MONDAY.
