CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 18 NM SOUTH OF PORT ISABEL...MOVING NORTH AT 20 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
