AT 325 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 8 NM SOUTH OF R2 TOWER...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS IN AND AROUND...
BUOY GRS AND R2 TOWER.

MAINLY OPEN WATERS WILL BE IMPACTED THROUGH 430 AM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
