...PATCHY DENSE FOG OVER THE OFFSHORE COASTAL WATERS EARLY THIS
   WEDNESDAY MORNING...

AREAS OF FOG ASSOCIATED WITH SATURATED NEAR SURFACE CONDITIONS
WILL CONTINUE OVER THE COASTAL WATERS IN ADVANCE OF A COLD FRONT.
PATCHY DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITIES AROUND 1 NAUTICAL MILE OR LESS
IS ALSO ANTICIPATED OVER THE OFFSHORE COASTAL WATERS.

MARINERS SHOULD NOTE THAT NAVIGATION WILL BE DIFFICULT DURING
PERIODS OF LOW VISIBILITY.

CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE BEFORE SUNRISE AS THE FRONT MOVES ACROSS
THE OFFSHORE COASTAL WATERS AND RESULT IN UNSATURATED CONDITIONS.
