THE DENSE FOG HAD DISSIPATED THIS MORNING AND THIS IS THE LAST
STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CURRENT EVENT. THERE IS A CHANCE PATCHY
DENSE FOG WILL DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT. IF YOU EXPERIENCE RESTRICTED
VISIBILITY PLEASE FOLLOW USCG RULE CONDUCT OF VESSELS IN RESTRICTED
VISIBILITY.
