COMBINE WITH HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE GULF OF MEXICO TO PRODUCE
FRESH...GUSTY WINDS ON THE LAGUNA MADRE TODAY. THE STRONGEST WINDS
ARE EXPECTED ON THE WESTERN HALF OF THE LAGUNA WITH SLIGHTLY LOWER
WINDS CLOSER TO SOUTH PADRE ISLAND AND IN MORE NARROW STRETCHES OF
THE LAGUNA.
