CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO
6 AM CST FRIDAY.

* WINDS: WINDS AROUND 20 KNOTS OFFSHORE. SEAS WILL BUILD TO 5 TO 7
  FEET OFFSHORE...WITH OCCASIONAL SEAS AS HIGH AS 9 FEET. SMALL
  CRAFT SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION CLOSER TO SHORE WHERE WINDS WILL
  BE 15 TO 20 KNOTS TONIGHT. BAYS WILL BE CHOPPY.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
