.WIND SPEEDS ACROSS AREA BAYS WILL REMAIN MODERATE OVERNIGHT. A STRONG
NORTHEAST FLOW ACROSS THE NEAR AND OFFSHORE WATERS WILL CONTINUE
TONIGHT AND FRIDAY AND STRENGTHEN FURTHER BY FRIDAY NIGHT AS WINDS
THEN BECOME MORE EASTERLY. SEAS WILL GRADUALLY BUILD THROUGH THE
PERIOD AS WELL.

  NIGHT WITH A FEW GUSTS TO NEAR GALE FORCE. SEAS 4 TO 6 FEET
  TONIGHT ACROSS THE NEARSHORE WATERS...BUILDING TO 7 TO 9 FEET
  BY FRIDAY NIGHT. SEAS 5 TO 7 FEET TONIGHT ACROSS THE OFFSHORE
  WATERS... BUILDING TO 8 TO 10 FEET BY FRIDAY NIGHT.
  OCCASIONALLY HIGHER SEAS ARE LIKELY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR SEAS OF 7 FEET OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS. MARINERS SHOULD PAY CLOSE
ATTENTION TO THE MARINE FORECAST...AND CONSIDER WIND AND SEA
CONDITIONS IN PLANNING.
