AFTERNOON WITH STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW DEVELOPING...

.A COLD FRONT IS FORECAST TO MOVE ACROSS AREA BAYS AND WATERWAYS
BETWEEN 3 AND 4 PM AND INTO THE NEARSHORE WATERS LATE THIS
AFTERNOON. THE FRONT WILL EVENTUALLY REACH THE OFFSHORE WATERS
EARLY THIS EVENING...WITH STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW IMPACTING ALL
MARINE AREAS AT TIMES.
