...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 9 AM PST WEDNESDAY...

* WINDS...N 15 TO 20 KT TODAY. WINDS WILL BE HIGHER SOUTH OF CAPE
  MENDOCINO. WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 KT TONIGHT AND
  PERSIST INTO WEDNESDAY.

* WAVES/SEAS...N 8 FT AROUND 12 SECONDS TODAY. SEAS WILL
  INCREASE TONIGHT TO 9 TO 10 FT AROUND 9 SECONDS. SEAS WILL
  SLOWLY SUBSIDE TUESDAY NIGHT...AND BUILD AGAIN WEDNESDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
