.GUSTY SOUTH WINDS WILL CONTINUE AS A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
APPROACHES THE STATE. WINDS WILL ALLOW FOR HAZARDOUS WAVES TO
CONTINUE BEFORE SUBSIDING THURSDAY MORNING. NORTHWEST WINDS IN
THE WAKE OF A COLD FRONT WILL BE ON THE INCREASE AGAIN LATER

* SOUTH WINDS TO 15 TO 25 KTS WILL CONTINUE BEFORE SUBSIDING LATE
  TONIGHT. WINDS WILL THEN VEER NORTHWEST AND INCREASE TO 15 TO 25
  KTS LATER THURSDAY INTO THURSDAY NIGHT.

* WAVES... 4 TO 6 FT IN ICE FREE AREAS TONIGHT. WAVES WILL BRIEFLY
  DIMINISH SOMEWHAT THURSDAY MORNING BEFORE INCREASING TO 3 TO 5
  FEET LATER THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
