WATERS...

.A SHEAR LINE IS EXPECTED TO BRING STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS TO THE
MARIANAS THROUGH THE WEEKEND AS THE FEATURE MOVES SOUTHWARD. SEAS
WILL BE HAZARDOUS TO OPERATORS OF SMALL CRAFT TONIGHT AS A RESULT
OF THE INCREASING WINDS.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TIYAN HAS ISSUED A SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CHST SUNDAY.

STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS OF 20 TO 25 KT ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THE
WEEKEND. COMBINED SEAS OF 7 TO 9 FEET TONIGHT WILL RISE FROM TO 10
TO 12 FEET BY SATURDAY. WINDS AND SEAS ARE EXPECTED TO SUBSIDE
BELOW HAZARDOUS LEVELS SUNDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
