.THE COMBINATION OF VERY MOIST AIR AT THE SURFACE, ALONG WITH
CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WIND IS EXPECTED TO LEAD TO THE DEVELOPMENT
OF AREAS OF DENSE FOG ACROSS VERMILION BAY. RAPID VISIBILITY
CHANGES OVER SHORT DISTANCES ARE LIKELY WHICH WILL RESULT IN
HAZARDOUS BOATING CONDITIONS. THE FOG WILL DISSIPATE BY MID
MORNING..

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE MILE. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
