THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY HAS ISSUED A SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM WEDNESDAY TO 6 AM
EST THURSDAY.

* LOCATION...COASTAL OCEAN WATERS OF NEW JERSEY AND DELAWARE.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 KT.

* SEAS...6 TO 9 FEET.

* TIMING...WIND GUSTS INCREASE TO 25 KT TOWARDS DAYBREAK
  WEDNESDAY...AND THEN THE STRONGEST WINDS AND HIGHEST SEAS ARE
  EXPECTED WEDNESDAY NIGHT. SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS WILL
  CONTINUE INTO AT LEAST THURSDAY...AND GALE FORCE WIND GUSTS ARE
  POSSIBLE ON THURSDAY AS WELL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
