* SEAS...10 TO 12 FEET...IN WESTERLY SWELLS...WITH A PERIOD OF 13
  SECONDS WILL SUBSIDE TO 9 OR 10 FEET LATE TONIGHT.

* WIND...SOUTHERLY WINDS OF 15 TO 25 KNOTS WILL EASE TO 5 TO 15
  KNOTS BY LATE THIS EVENING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
