NORTHERN NEW MEXICO LATE THIS EVENING. THE VISIBILITY WILL DROP BELOW
ONE MILE IN A FEW LOCATIONS...INCLUDING RATON. FREEZING FOG ON ROADS
WILL CREATE SLICK AND ICY SPOTS ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES AND OVER
CULVERTS. MOTORISTS SHOULD DRIVE WITH EXTREME CAUTION AND ALLOW
ADDITIONAL TRAVEL TIME. USE LOW BEAMS...REDUCE DRIVING SPEED...AND
ALLOW FOR PLENTY OF ROOM BETWEEN YOU AND OTHER VEHICLES.
