PATCHY AND LOCALLY DENSE FOG WILL PERSIST ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE
GREATER PHOENIX AREA...ESPECIALLY IN THE FAR SOUTHERN AND EASTERN
PORTIONS...THROUGH AT LEAST 10 AM THIS MORNING. ISOLATED SPOTS WILL
SEE VISIBILITIES DROP TO 1/4 MILE OR BELOW...AND THE SHARPLY REDUCED
VISIBILITY WILL LEAD TO HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS FOR THOSE
DRIVING TO WORK THIS MORNING. OTHERWISE...EXPECT PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES
THROUGH THIS MORNING ALONG WITH A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS. SOME OF
THE MOST DENSE FOG IS LOCATED ALONG THE SALT RIVER BED...ALONG
PORTIONS OF INTERSTATE 17...AND NEAR SOUTH MOUNTAIN AND THE ESTRELLA
MOUNTAINS.
