Showers will continue to move inland, affecting Culebra, Vieques
and the U.S. Virgin Islands during the next few hours. Shower
activity across these areas should decrease during the late
afternoon and evening hours. As these showers pass by, ponding
of water on roadways and in low lying areas is expected. Soils
are already saturated particularly across Saint Croix.

Cloudiness will continue to prevail across Puerto Rico this
afternoon and evening. Although there is a deep cloud layer
across the area, some locally induced showers and thunderstorms
will remain possible across these areas this afternoon. With the
heaviest activity...if develops...expect ponding of water on
roadways and in low lying areas.
