Showers associated with the tropical wave, now moving across the
region, are expected to spread across Culebra, St Croix, Vieques,
east, south and from northeast to northwest PR through the
afternoon hours. Periods of moderate to heavy rains will likely
result in ponding of water along roadways and hazardous driving
conditions.

Thunderstorm activity is expected to begin shortly. As a result
brief gusty winds and lightning can be expected with this
activity.

A tropical wave is increasing cloudiness over these areas as well
as shower activity across the surrounding municipalities. This
areas will likely observed periods of moderate rains the next hour
or so. In addition, thunderstorm development is possible through
the afternoon hours.
