WINDS HAVE BEGUN TO SUBSIDE ACROSS COASTAL MAINE AND WILL CONTINUE
TO DO SO THROUGH THIS MORNING. ALTHOUGH LOCAL GUSTS IN EXCESS OF
45 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS, MOST SPOTS
WILL SEE GUSTS BELOW 40 MPH. THEREFORE THE HIGH WIND WARNING WILL
BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE.
