* VISIBILITY...LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS WITH GREATLY REDUCED
  VISIBILITY. FOG PARTICLES FREEZING ON ROADS MAY RESULT IN
  SLIPPERY SPOTS.
