PARTS OF THE MOUNTAINS AND DESERTS...

.A PACIFIC STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE INTO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA TODAY.
IT WILL BRING STRONG GUSTY WINDS FROM THE MOUNTAIN CRESTS EAST
INTO PARTS OF THE DESERTS...STRONGEST IN RIVERSIDE AND SAN DIEGO
COUNTIES. TOP GUSTS WILL EXCEED 50 MPH THROUGH SAN GORGONIO PASS
AND PARTS OF THE EAST SLOPES OF THE MOUNTAINS AND DESERT
FOOTHILLS. WINDS WILL DECREASE EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.

  SAND IN THE DESERTS.

* IMPACTS...DRIVING OF HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES WILL BE DIFFICULT.
