AFTERNOON...

* EVENT...A TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT AHEAD OF A DRYLINE WILL
  RESULT IN STRONG SOUTH WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH...WITH HIGHER
  GUSTS THROUGHOUT THE DAY ACROSS EAST TEXAS... SOUTHEAST
  OKLAHOMA...SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS...AND WESTERN LOUISIANA. THESE
  WINDS WILL BECOME SOUTHWEST WITH GUSTS TO 30-40 MPH BY THIS
  AFTERNOON WITH THE PASSAGE OF A WEAK DRYLINE.

* TIMING...THE STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE
  DAY ACROSS EAST TEXAS...EXTREME SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...SOUTHWEST
  ARKANSAS...AND WESTERN LOUISIANA.

* IMPACT...GUSTY SOUTH AND SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL MAKE FOR
  HAZARDOUS BOATING CONDITIONS ON AREA LAKES.

  OKLAHOMA AND EXTREME NORTHEAST TEXAS.

* TIMING...THE STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGHOUT THE
  DAY...GRADUALLY DIMINISHING NEAR SUNSET.

* IMPACT...GUSTY SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL MAKE FOR
  HAZARDOUS BOATING CONDITIONS ON AREA LAKES.
