* TIMING: WINDS WILL REMAIN GUSTY THROUGH THE NIGHT AND CHRISTMAS
  MORNING BEFORE GRADUALLY DECREASE DURING THE AFTERNOON.

* WINDS: NORTH WINDS 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS AS HIGH AS 45 TO 55 MPH.

* TIMING: STRONG WINDS OVER ESMERALDA AND CENTRAL NYE COUNTY WILL
  SWEEP SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE REST OF SOUTHERN NEVADA AND DEATH
  VALLEY NATIONAL PARK TONIGHT. WINDS WILL REMAIN GUSTY THROUGH THE
  MORNING BUT GRADUALLY BEGIN TO TAPER OFF IN THE AFTERNOON.

* LOCATIONS: LAS VEGAS...SPRING MOUNTAINS...BOULDER CITY...
  MESQUITE...PAHRUMP VALLEY...BEATTY...PRIMM VALLEY...DEATH
  VALLEY AS WELL AS HIGHWAY 95 AND INTERSTATE 15 IN NEVADA.

* IMPACTS: PRIMARY IMPACTS WILL BE HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS
  DUE TO CROSSWINDS AND REDUCED VISIBILITY DUE TO BLOWING
