NW AND  WEAKEN THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING. A 999 MB LOW WILL DEVELOP
JUST  SOUTH OF DEADHORSE THIS AFTERNOON. A 1004 MB LOW NEAR THE
GULF OF ANADYR WILL MOVE TOWARDS ST. LAWRENCE ISLAND TONIGHT THEN
DISSIPATE OVER THE WESTERN BERING SEA FRIDAY.
