offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Tropical Storm Jose was
located near 39.0N 70.0W at 11 AM EDT today, and moving NE or
035 degrees at 07 kt. Jose will move to 39.5N 69.0W at 8 PM
tonight, to 39.8N 68.1W by 8 AM Thu, to 39.6N 68.3W by 8 PM Thu
night, to 39.5N 69.0W by 8 AM Fri as a post-tropical low, to
39.3N 70.0W by 8 AM Sat, to 39.3N 70.0W by 8 AM Sun, then to
39.3N 70.0W by 8 AM Mon. S to SE swell from Jose will impact the
waters today into tonight, and S to SE swell from Hurricane Maria
will move through the area Sat through Sun night. Refer to the
latest National Hurricane Center advisories on Tropical Storm
Jose and Hurricane Maria. Otherwise, a stationary front over the
waters will weaken today. A high pres ridge will build SE towards
the region today through Sat night, then weaken NW of the area
Sun and Sun night.
