New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS... A cold front will move SE
across the waters today into tonight. Developing low pres will
pass just SE of Georges Bank this afternoon into tonight, then
move well E and NE of Georges Bank later tonight and Thu as high
pres builds E across the waters. The high will weaken later Thu
and Thu night as a weak cold front approaches the coast from the
NW. The front will move E across the waters Fri before weak high
pres moves E over the area Fri night. A strong cold front will
move E across the waters late Sat and Sat night. Another
developing low will pass E and SE of the waters Sat night and
Sun, and intensify NE of the area Sun night as the next high pres
builds E toward the region.

with VSBY 1 nm or less.
.TONIGHT...NW winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 5 to 9 ft, building to
8 to 14 ft. Chance of showers.
.THU...NW winds 15 to 25 kt, becoming W 5 to 15 kt. Seas 6 to
11 ft.
.THU NIGHT...W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 7 ft.
