beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pres will pass E over the
area tonight into Thu night, while maintaining a ridge across the
central and S waters. The ridge will persist across the waters
Fri through Sat, then shift SE of the area Sat night through Sun
night. A weak cold front will approach from the NW Sun, then move
SE over the northern waters Sun night through Mon night.
