West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A weak high pres ridge will
persist over the waters tonight, then shift E of the area Mon.
Developing low pres will approach the N waters from the W Mon
night, then pass N of the region Tue night and Wed while pulling
a strong cold front E across the area. Another ridge will build E
over the waters Wed night through Thu, then shift E of the area
Thu night. Low pres will approach the region from the W later
Thu, then move quickly E across the central and N waters Thu
night. Another low pres will move offshore Fri and Fri night.

39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
