SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A LOW PRES OVER THE
REGION WILL MOVE SE ACROSS THE CENTRAL WATERS TODAY WHILE
WEAKENING. A WEAKENING COLD FRONT WILL PUSH SE INTO THE WATERS
TONIGHT INTO FRI. A HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD SW TO NE ACROSS
THE WATERS LATE FRI INTO SAT...THEN WEAKEN SAT NIGHT INTO SUN. A
LOW PRES TROUGH WILL EXPAND SLOWLY N NEAR THE OREGON AND
WASHINGTON COASTS FRI NIGHT INTO SAT NIGHT. A WEAK LOW PRES
CENTER WILL FORM ON THE TROUGH SAT...DRIFT NW ACROSS THE WATERS
SAT NIGHT...THEN DISSIPATE SUN. ANOTHER WEAK COLD FRONT WILL
