.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge will build over and just W of the waters today, then slowly
weaken tonight into Saturday night as a weak cold front
approaches and moves across the waters. High pressure will
rebuild along or just SW of the area Saturday night into Monday,
then weaken Monday night through Tuesday night as another
weakening cold front approaches from the W Tuesday night.
