SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

WAS MOVING SLOWLY E OVER THE WATERS LATE THIS AFTERNOON.
DEVELOPING LOW PRES WILL MOVE NE ALONG THE FRONT AND ACROSS THE
WATERS LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND THROUGH EARLY WED. A SECONDARY
COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE WATERS LATE WED AND WED NIGHT...AND
WEAKEN WHILE SLOWLY PASSING S OF THE AREA THU INTO THU NIGHT AS
HIGH PRES BUILDS TO THE S OF THE WATERS. LOW PRES WILL APPROACH
FROM THE W AND SW FRI...AND MOVE NE AND N OVER THE AREA FRI NIGHT
INTO SAT...THEN MOVE INLAND LATER SAT AFTERNOON AND SAT NIGHT. A
HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD IN FROM THE W SUN AND EARLY SUN NIGHT.
