Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A warm front over
the far N portion will move N of the area tonight. A cold front
will slowly move towards the area and into the far NW portion
late tonight. The frontal boundary will slowly move E over the
region Wed and Wed night while a couple of low centers pass just
NW of the Washington waters. A series of low pressure troughs
will cross the area Thu and Thu night. Weak high pres will
briefly build across the S waters Fri and Fri night. Strong low
pres will approach the area from the SW Saturday, then pass
across the N waters late Sat and Sat night pulling a cold front
across the area. Another low will move across the area Sun, then
move NE of the waters Sun night.
