.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak cold front across the
Gulf of Maine will drift S and become stationary later tonight,
and then return N as a warm front Mon. Elsewhere, weak high
pressure will develop tonight into Mon before shifting E of the
waters later Mon. Intensifying low pressure will track E and NE
from the Great Lakes Mon night into Tue, reach Maine by Tue
night, and the Canadian Maritimes Wed. A strong cold front
associated with the low will move E over the waters late Tue and
Tue night, followed by a secondary cold front moving SE over the
area Wed into Wed night. A high pressure ridge will build E
toward the coast Thu and Thu night as low pressure forms E of the
waters. The ridge will reach the coast Fri, and move offshore
Fri night.
