afternoon...then rain and snow likely late in the afternoon.
Little or no snow accumulation. Highs around 40. South winds
15 to 25 mph with gusts to around 30 mph. Chance of precipitation
70 percent. Waves around 1 foot...locally up to 2 feet building
to 1 to 2 feet...locally up to 3 feet late in the afternoon.

chance of rain and snow after midnight. Snow accumulation up to
1 inch. Lows in the upper 30s. South winds 15 to 25 mph. Gusts up
