10 to 20 mph.
.WEDNESDAY...Sunny. Highs in the upper 70s in the mountains to the
mid 90s along the Rio Grande. Light and variable winds becoming
southwest around 10 mph in the afternoon.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Clear. Lows in the upper 60s. West winds around
10 mph in the evening becoming light and variable.
