RAIN FREE CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS EVENING. EXPECT
WINDS OUT OF THE NORTHWEST AROUND 15 TO 10 MPH THIS
AFTERNOON...AS TEMPERATURES CLIMB TO AROUND 70 DEGREES. RELATIVE
HUMIDITY VALUES WILL FALL TO AROUND 35 PERCENT WEST OF THE JAMES
RIVER. HIGH PRESSURE OVERHEAD LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT WILL
EXIT EAST INTO SOUTHERN MINNESOTA FRIDAY MORNING. ON FRIDAY AND
FRIDAY NIGHT...RAIN CHANCES WILL BE ON THE INCREASE AS A SYSTEM
NEARS THE REGION...AND THEN MOVES ACROSS THE AREA ON SATURDAY.
