NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ABERDEEN SD
323 AM CDT THU SEP 29 2016

.DISCUSSION...

A DRY WEATHER FORECAST APPEARS TO BE INTERRUPTED FOR A BRIEF TIME
NEXT WEEK WHEN A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM SWEEPS THROUGH THE REGION.
MEANWHILE...SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL PICK UP OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF
DAYS BECOMING BREEZY TO WINDY AT TIMES OVER THE WEEKEND AND EARLY
NEXT WEEK. RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES DO NOT APPEAR TO FALL TO
DANGEROUSLY LOW LEVELS WHILE BREEZY SOUTHERLY WINDS PREVAIL FOR THE
NEXT SEVERAL DAYS. CURRENTLY...THE FORECAST IS CALLING FOR HUMIDITY
VALUES TO DROP AS LOW AS 30 TO 40 PERCENT THROUGH THE WEEKEND AND
MAINLY ACROSS PORTIONS OF CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA.
