THIS AFTERNOON. THE INDEX COULD BRIEFLY RISE INTO THE EXTREME
CATEGORY IN PARTS OF NORTHEAST NEBRASKA.

VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER MEANS...FIRE CONTROL WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT
AND REQUIRE EXTENDED EFFORT.  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
