SANTA BARBARA COUNTY MOUNTAINS AND SOUTH COAST...

.STRONG AND COLD NORTH WINDS ALOFT WILL BRING A MODERATE TO STRONG
SUNDOWNER SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING. SUSTAINED WINDS
BETWEEN 30 AND 40 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 50 TO 60 MPH ARE POSSIBLE OVER
SOUTHERN SANTA BARBARA COUNTY. HUMIDITIES WILL BEGIN
ELEVATED...BUT WILL DROP QUICKLY AFTER SATURDAY EVENING OVER THE
SOUTHERN PART OF THE COUNTY. AS A RESULT...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE OVER SOUTHERN SANTA BARBARA
