EXPECTED...ALONG WITH A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
ACROSS SOUTHERN CANADA...NORTHERN NORTH DAKOTA AS WELL AS NORTHERN
MINNESOTA. ELSEWHERE IT WILL BE MOSTLY SUNNY BUT WINDY. HIGHS
WILL RANGE FROM THE 60S IN NORTHERN NORTH DAKOTA AND THE SOUTHERN
CANADIAN PROVINCES...TO THE MID AND UPPER 80S IN MINNESOTA AND
