THUNDERSTORMS ARE FOUND NEAR THE TROUGH AND SOUTH OF HALONG...NORTH
OF KOROR AND YAP WITHIN 70 MILES OF A LINE FROM 22N131E TO 14N131E
TO 10N137E. SIMILAR CONDITIONS ARE ALSO SEEN WEST OF GUAM AND SAIPAN
WITHIN 65 MILES OF A LINE FROM 16N141E TO 11N141E. SCATTERED SHOWERS
AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRESENT NEAR THE CIRCULATION NEAR CHUUK
