UP TO 280 MILES NORTHWEST OF THIS BOUNDARY...INCLUDING IWO TO ISLAND.

A NEAR-EQUATORIAL TROUGH STRETCHES EASTWARD FROM SOUTH OF MINDANAO
ACROSS 3N130E TO A BUFFER CIRCULATION CENTERED SOUTH OF CHUUK AT
EQ152E...THEN TURNS NORTHEASTWARD TO END SOUTHWEST OF POHNPEI AT
5N160E. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING
NEAR THESE FEATURES SOUTH OF A LINE FROM 2N138E TO 4N159E...AND ALSO
NEAR KOSRAE BETWEEN 3N AND 5N FROM 159E TO 166E.

A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE IS TRIGGERING ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
NORTHEAST OF WAKE ISLAND WITHIN 70 MILES OF 23N177E.
