SOUTHWEST OF CHUUK AT 6N144E. SCATTERED SHOWERS ARE FOUND ALONG AND
UP TO 200 MILES NORTHWEST OF THIS FEATURE EAST OF 165E. SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE SEEN ALONG AND UP TO 200
MILES NORTH OF THIS BOUNDARY WEST OF 165E...NEAR POHNPEI AND CHUUK.

A NEAR-EQUATORIAL TROUGH REACHES NORTHEASTWARD FROM NORTH MALUKU
THROUGH 2N130E TO A CIRCULATION CENTERED SOUTHEAST OF YAP NEAR
6N142E...THEN TURNS SOUTHEASTWARD TO END AT ANOTHER CIRCULATION
CENTERED SOUTHWEST OF POHNPEI AT 1N155E. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING NEAR THE TROUGH WELL SOUTH OF KOROR AND
YAP WITHIN 90 MILES OF A LINE FROM 3N134E TO 1N143E. SIMILAR
CONDITIONS ARE ALSO PRESENT NEAR THE SECOND CIRCULATION BETWEEN THE
EQUATOR AND 3N FROM 151E TO 157E.

CONVERGING TRADE WINDS ARE TRIGGERING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS OVER KOSRAE ISLAND...TARAWA AND BUTARITARI ATOLLS
WITHIN 85 MILES OF A LINE FROM 5N160E TO 3N168E TO EQ174E.
