LATE THIS MORNING. WHILE AIR TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE MID TO
UPPER 30S...ROAD SURFACE TEMPERATURES ARE AT OR BELOW FREEZING IN
SOME LOCATIONS. THIS WILL ALLOW SOME RAIN TO FREEZE ON CONTACT
THIS MORNING. WHILE ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE LIGHT...ROAD CONDITIONS
COULD BE ICY FOR SOME AREAS.

IF TRAVELING THIS MORNING...USE CAUTION AND BE PREPARED FOR
POSSIBLE ICY ROAD CONDITIONS. SLOW DOWN...AND DO NOT USE YOUR
