...PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES ACROSS PORTIONS OF
CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA THIS MORNING...

THE COMBINATION OF RECENT RAINFALL AND COOL AND MOIST CONDITIONS
WILL LEAD TO PATCHY DENSE FOG ACROSS PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
PENNSYLVANIA THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES IN SOME LOCATIONS WILL
DROP BELOW ONE HALF OF A MILE. VISIBILITIES CAN OFTEN CHANGE
RAPIDLY IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AND DRIVERS ARE URGED TO USE LOW
BEAM HEADLIGHTS AND KEEP PLENTY OF DISTANCE BETWEEN THEMSELVES AND
CARS IN FRONT OF THEM. THE FOG WILL DISSIPATE DURING AN HOUR OR
TWO AFTER SUNRISE.
