...PATCHY DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING...

FOG HAS FORMED OVER PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST IOWA...NORTHEAST
MISSOURI AND WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS EARLY THIS MORNING. THE FOG IS
LOCALLY DENSE WITH VISIBILITIES BELOW A QUARTER MILE IN SOME
LOCATIONS.

MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITIES
EARLY THIS MORNING WITH THICKEST FOG IN VALLEYS AND ALONG RIVERS.
CONDITIONS SHOULD IMPROVE RAPIDLY AFTER 7 AM.

DRIVE WITH EXTRA CAUTION AND ALLOW ADDITIONAL TRAVEL TIME. USE
LOW BEAMS...REDUCE SPEED...AND ALLOW FOR PLENTY OF ROOM BETWEEN
YOU AND OTHER CARS.
