DENTON AND NORTHWESTERN TARRANT COUNTIES UNTIL 600 PM CDT...

At 521 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Pecan Acres, or 8 miles north of Eagle Mountain, moving southwest at
5 mph.

Half inch hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Fort Worth, Saginaw, Azle, Eagle Mountain, Briar, Pecan Acres, Reno,
Pelican Bay, Haslet, New Fairview, Aurora, Boyd, Rhome and Newark.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Seek
a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
